If isecure store Technician has been determine client's issue more than 2 times and isecure store has confirmation documents confirming the same.
The service agreement will be terminated if You abuse or misuse the help or support (in the sole judgment of isecure store) or attempt to harm or meddle with our system or damage any term of this agreement or it is directed by law or we can't give the services or there are reasons outside our ability to control that keep us from rendering the services. In either case, conditions allowing, we will advise You of our choice. You can decide to end the agreement at your will and terms of refund arrangement will apply. You recognize and agree that upon termination isecure store may promptly deactivate or delete your user/client record and all related data and documents in your user/client account or bar any further access to the services.
